if you are refering to the M-Technic side skirts that are for sale, no. They are made from a flexible poly something or other. Much more durable than fiberglass. If you're speaking of the AC Schnitzer fr-rr bumpers they are made of the same material. Unless you have the fiberglass copies. I believe the photo shows authentic AC parts.
