    Default Steering Gearbox question

    Does anyone know if a 1990 525i, manuf. date 6/89, has a servtronic for the gear box? I can not find it on my car.

    Default I don't know, but you should be able to tell

    by looking at the bottom of the unit to see if there is an electrical connector / wires coming out. Wires = Servotronic. Try searching the archives, I think it's been discussed before.
