    Default 10mm offset?

The wheels & tires I just mounted measure out at around a 10mm offset. Will this cause any safety issues? I understand my tire wear might be less than desireable, but the car feels fine. I haven't really put her through the ringer yet to examine any extreme handling differences.

    It looks good though.

you wont have a wear or safety issue. The problem is that they can rub, if it's fine then your good to go.

Oh no rubbing... they're sticking slighty farther away from the wheel well than the stocks.

I figured I'm good to go.

Yep... you are good to go... Your wheels are wider than original wheel so the offset is correct.
