is emigrating to Montreal. Electrical Engineer, Communications extensive background, Project management for one of the two big Cell phone companies down here, successfully switched TDMA to CDMA, and implemented Mobile internet access. French, English and Spanish speaking. Residence is already granted (not illegal immigrant).

Will be back to stay in Montreal next April.

Any opinion, advise or hint will be greatly appreciated.

I actually love Canada. Great country, can't think of a better place to have a summer home than in the 1000 islands/Prince Edward Island/or BC regions. Absolutely a wonderful place to be in the summer.

EDIT: can your friend maybe carry on a few thousand barrels of crude oil while he's coming up this way and help our shrink our silly gas prices a bit?
