Most any race parts supplier will have one- such as Summit Racing, Pegasus, Racer Wholesale, etc.
I don't think you'd want to put one on your E34 though- an open oil breather like this would act like a giant vacuum leak, and the idle would probably fluctuate and it would mess with the motronic too..... Oil breather catch cans are typically used on race cars, mostly those with carburetors....
I suppose you could rig up a system that was closed loop, but if you have an oil breather blowby problem- you'd be better off figuring out why first.

you could plumb it in with a m52 dipstick tube (it has a nipple branching off) hooked to the drain on the aftermarket blowby canister and keep it a closed system
all america wants is cold beer warm cat and a place to take a poop with a door on it
