    Default m30 problem

Hello everybody , I have 89 535 manual with 185000 mils. Resently I got a streng problem with my engine. When car is in the motion engine will go off for a second and will start again and the monitoring lights (abs, check engine, brake fluid .... just like when the key in the position iii (before start))will come on during that period. That can happen for 3 to 5 times in 20 min. draving.
    PLEASE HELP

sound's like a bad fusable link. check the fusable link next to the battery under the back seat. look for very small cracks.

Had a similar problem on my E28, the battery to starter cable had some corrosion on it. You can look at it, but might miss it. It's best to just take it off at the starter and clean it to be safe (after disconnecting the negative terminal from the battery!).
