is it worth all the work for a very insignificant result
for the e34. I rarely use my fogs lights and I'm thinking if I get 540i ducts they amount of room underneath the front spoiler will be too low.
How about I remove the fog light and make some ducts to the brakes. Exactly on which part should the ducting exit onto the brake.
Is this idea okay / feasible?

Kristian - I am confused. If you install 540i Brake Ducts correctly per Brunos site - they are no lower than your current splitter today. What is the issue? - JT
i was originally thinking to put it under the spoiler that I see on cars like yours John. I don't know how I missed the writeup on Bruno's site. I emailed Patrick from bma and he gave me these part prices.

Do I have to get any other parts for a successfull DIY brake duct conversion?
you really get that much brake fade? I have never got it on mine yet.

you already did the 540 brake upgrade and now want the air cooling right? I dont think you really need to use the fogs for air access, besides I dont think they will fit right in that position without a bunch of cutting and hacking. If you "need" to use the foglight area you might be able to fabricate something up with flexable aluminum tubing available at heating and cooling places.
