Well I've had my EAT chip in for about a week.
First thoughts were the engine is now more responsive off the mark and smoother throughout the mid-upper rev range. In normal driving (traffic etc.) you can't really expect to appreciate it, but put the foot down (sports mode a must!) and she now really gets up and boogies! Idle seems marginally smoother but I think I have either a slight vacuum leak or dirty injector so I'll have to sort this out before I can be sure.![]()

Your M30 idle will never be alright, so just learn to live with it.
Oh and I'm probably going to do an EAT chip over the summer, soooo looking forward to it.
