Yes. The rear headrests and the plastic surround part need to be removed. They all penetrate the leather and are secured to a bracket that doesn't come out with the seat back.
Once those are out, pop off the plastic bits around where the seat belts come over the top of the seat back.
Now, you sort of pull out and up. There are clips at the top left and right (near the C pillars) that you'll be popping.. It'll make sense once you get it out, but don't be afraid to put some muscle into it, you won't break anything.
