That's two Gs American, billiger China Schrott oder kein.
Certainly could be fabbed up for less.
That is
A) too expensive
B) the design is not good. Basic idea is that all pipes should have the same length to have the same pressure conditions.
And for sure it will not give an additional 20HP just with this.
These look much better and are cheaper (at the moment, auctions is still running)

further to what shogun said:
A. you could probably learn how to weld AND buy the materials for that price and have change left over.
and B. read a book about exhaust design.
You could get a custom for that price in AU... in fact thats the price of a full custom stainless exhaust in these parts.
This set has a turbp flange so exhaust tuning is moot.

yes, that company is known here, they also make complete engine reman.
For example the M70B50 V12 engine costs abt. 13.000 $, but it is quality work.
