225/45/17 or 235/45/17 Pirelli P7000 or Dunlop sp9000 would do very good on the 5-series.
Both were develloped for the heavier high power cars.

I had the P7000 and didn't like them. too loud. I'm looking for something a little cheaper too.

Nothing beats Kumho if price is taken into account. I have the ASX's and can recommend. $80.

Yeah, kumho what I've been thinking. Just washed the car, Hey, it's 45 degrees out in February. Gotta do it. Unfortunately I've picked up a few bad rust spots over the salty winter. Very sad.

I liked the Toyo Proxes I had on before I put snows on. Im gonna need some summer tires this spring and will probably go with Faulkins. They are cheap and rated number 1 with consumer reports. Available online for about 40-70 a peice.
Quality and Value. need i say more?
