including angel eyes for the E34. I mean merged headlights and blinkers in one unit with angel eyes. Is this true or partially true, can you help me get those??

Original angel eyes are used for some E34/32 headlights modifications. Also the clear glass headlights from inpro have the angel eyes from the E39.
But I have not heard that all should/can fit into an E34 or E32 (both have the same headlights, not the blinkers).
If that would be true, I would certainly have read about that on other boards.

but seems to need a major surgical operation to do that. Have seen E32 with E38 front and E38 with E65 front. In case of the E32 the outer "skin" of the hood is welded onto the frame of the original E32 hood mechanism. Pic see below

i like it because it's different.. but.. not sure i would ever do that to my e34.

having said that, i would LOVE a set of enclosed angel eyes .. e39 style. I bought those airplex covers hoping that it might give the illusion of an enclosed light but.. well i took them off after a day. just didn't look that good and they fogged up in the rain

I know!!! A friend of mine lent me his set to try out before I bought a pair... you get 3x the muck and dirt!!! One on the outer side of the airplex covers... another on the inside... and another layer on your lights! They look good for a car show... but don't really function well. They do protect your lights though... but lenses are cheaper than the airplex cover! :P

what were they thinking when they decided to paint it:
1. those colours
2. leave the door handles bottom colour
3. not have the hood line up with the front grill.. i mean if they're doing that much bodywork on the front quarters etc they should spend some more time aligning the hood

the headlights look nice though
