I am kind of considering this car to replace my car I totalled. It doesn't have the wood interior and the seats are different from my 94. I have seen a few 95's with these seats. I like the looks better, I just want to know if it is a downgraded interior. So is this car leather interior?

It really makes you question this person's integrity...if they can't tell the difference between leather and leatherette!! :p

I quote, " Interior leather is beautiful to the looks and the feel. " ...makes you just want to scream....DUDE...THE INTERIOR IS VINYL...YOU IDIOT!!! :D :D

BMW leather seats have panels w/stitching that runs horizontal from side bolster to side bolster....BMW leatherette seats have (fake) stitching that runs vertical top to bottom like in the pic below:

I had an e30 (1985) that had leatherette interior and I admit that it was very easy to take care of...a little Fantastik or 409 cleaner took care of any scuff marks & dirt...which makes me wonder about this car on eBay...the interior looks pretty rough and looks like the previous owner didn't take good care of the interior (which is easy to keep up). The interior on my e30 almost looked brand new after 16 years (when I sold her).
