ok i'm gonna do it, but i need to know a site to import an ETA chip for a 525i e34 1989, can anyone help?

I assume you mean E.A.T. chip? (ETA motors were not in 1989 models)
I can send one out from Canada, just order from my site.
But, if your car has NOS (as indicated in your sig) my chips may not work for you. I have not tried one on a NOS car but expect that the advanced timing will be a big problem.
