Broken Seat Beat Height Ajustment Cable

The Seat Belt Height Adjustemnt Cable (SBHAC) has broken approximately one inch from the portion of the cable that secures to the seat. Anyone have any ideas on how I can repair the cable?

used to have these for mini bike cables that would break. You wont be able to adjust the overlap though. Mine isnt hooked up and i get a quiet rattle by the pillar that is right in my ear and drives me nuts.
