I have had problems with "accurate" service from BMA on more than one ocassion in the past and didn't hesitate to be vocal about it, so I think turnabout is fair play -

Same here, every now and then i will receive the wrong part, or not get a part i ordered. Everytime that's happened, it has arrived the next day free of charge. Great service there.
