can any one tell me how to bypass my alarm it won't turn off

pull the rear seat bottom out, and remove the alarm module connector. this should disable the alarm altogether.

done that the indicators still flashing immobiliser not letting car start

Your post is very ambiguous...no info about year, model etc...especially since there are several different anti-theft/keyless entry systems. By not being forth coming with specifics makes me wonder if you could be a jilted boyfriend trying to steal his ex's car... or the demon seed teenager of an unsuspecting Mom/Dad with designs on taking the car out after midnight without them knowing about it. Hmmmmm

Is the system IR, RF, or the later DWA system with coded driveway protection....perhaps a CODE was entered into the OBC? Hmmmmm.

Maybe we should be more careful when we dole out info on how to defeat anti-theft features. We are a freindly community here and assume the best of everyone...but it also makes it a great place for the unscrupulous to pick us for pertinent info to do dasturdly things. Hmmmmm.

sorry im no theif honest the car is 1995 525 sport with a bmw 3t alarm serial no 5000059 finished work on the sat mornin and the alarm would not turn off no car all weekend need some advice unplugged alarm under rear seat but the immobiliser still will not let me start the car

Sounds like you have EWS, which is difficult to diagnose.
