Hello, my slushbox is finally crapping out on me at 120k so I thought I would replace it with a rebuilt manual. What all do I need to complete this? Where should I look to buy the parts? What are your comments? Is it worth it?

Transmission- I think Ill get a rebuilt one from Kirt Koeller.
shifter-
clutch-
pedals-
driveshaft-
fabricated hoses for the clutch.-
3.46 LSD differential-

I've got all the conversion parts EXCEPT the tranny (well, and the diff.......) It should be pretty straight-forward conversion IF you have all the manual tranny parts from a donor car. I've done this on an E21 320i, and it was pretty much- take out the auto tranny parts + bolt in the 5 speed tranny parts.

I've got the whole swap waiting to be taken out of a 90 525I for $650.
