can someone please tell me how to change the evaporator on 1990 535i thanks Amellago

Vacuum out refrigerant, remove glovebox and trim on passenger side footwell, and air duct. Under hood remove panel at firewall. Disconnect lines going through firewall. Back inside, disconnect lines and condensor slides out. You will probably want to get some new o-rings and new expansion valve. Recharge system.

get a new receiver dryer too
