I noticed that my supercharger on my car (98' M3) was leeking oil through the breather tube and back down onto my MAF. It made the car run a lot leaner....so I need to know the best way to clean it...any ideas? Would carb cleaner work?

comes in spray cans and there's no residue left behind when it dries.

When you mention that your supercharger breather tube is letting oil vapors (or oil) into your intake, are you talking about the vent tube that goes from your valve cover, to your intake? If so, you might have more problems then just a dirty MAF wire. Excessive oil vapors can be caused by blow by, or a broken pcv valve. I'd check your PCV valve, and if it test good, I'd do a compression test.
