:( The Coolant level Sensor started to light up on my E43. Checked on the coolant level on the radiator, it is still full. Tried to tap but it call went out. Thinking that it is the sensor itself, bought a new one. The question is:
Has anybody out there replaced the coolant level sendor yet? Are there any tricks? :(

Very simple if you are doing a system flush. The sensor is in the bottom of your expansion tank. Unplug the harness and unscrew the sensor. Installation is reverse of removal. I was able to clean my sensor which saved a few bucks. YMMV.

Thanks, do I need to remove some parts to reach the little thing?
