NE1 running 245/45R16?

I have a chance to buy a set of 16x8 wheels and I'm wondering if this size tire will work. The offset is et15.

not sure on that offset, a 245/50/16" hits the strut bad with a e38 wheel (et23 i think) heres my 225/55/16" on a e38 750il rim, it's close but with the right tire don't rub (not all tires with the same numbers are the same actual size)
