Customer had a vibration above 37 mph towards the rear of the car...
The differential mount was starting to tear appart the body of the car.
- Mount welded in place vibration still there
- Center bearing shot and changed - vibration still there
- driveshaft removed again and sent to be balanced.
The vibration was almost gone. I fine tuned the balancing of the driveshaft dymanically on the car with two hose clamps near the transmission.

Vibration gone.... Customer will be happy.

Now two injectors are leaking 125 US each ... OUCH.

what threw it so far out of balance in the first place?

who knows... the car is a 1981 in gorgeous shape. The customer picked it up for dirty cheap and we fixed ... well I fixed it up.

There is some weird design on the engine like the injectors...

Anyway, the customer was happy and the parts bill pretty long.

These 6 series are pretty sexy actually.

the old style with the little hoses? if just the hoses are leaking you can replace them with fuel line and clamps, the bodys can leak too and it's fun to do them on the old style intake
