Need specific values of torque?

hi, i need to know the specific value of torque that is messured in Kg or degrees. I dont know how is the conversion.
Any suggestions about putting back the head, and those details such as cleaning the block holes would be appreciated.

m20s and m50s on the head bolts are, 1st stage 22 foot pounds, 2nd stage 90* (1/4 turn), 3rd stage 90*, start from the center of the head and work out in a cross pattern, on m50s the 3 little inverted torx that go into the timming cover through the head are 89 inch pounds (id cut that in half and do it in two stages), but a 89 should be a m20 sohc motor and not the dohc m50
