Hi I think I need to replace my shocks and struts on my 90 e34 m20. I dont' want to spend a whole lot because I'm not sure if I am keeping the car. I picked up a 535im recently to replace my e36 m3 which I haven't sold yet. So i have 3 BMW's 1 or 2 of which I need to sell and low on maintenance budget. Ok back to topic. I'm thinking of the bilstein touring cause they are cheaper $65 a piece and lifetime warranty if I need to replace. the stock boge's are more expensive $100 a piece. I've been reading the archive at roadfly and here and have heard mixed reviews of the Bilstein touring. Also what additional parts do I need since I may install these myself or take them over to Pepboys since they only charge $25 a shock for install. Plus I don't have the right tools and i'm sure the bolts are rusted in and PITA to get off. Thanks.
