I found it interesting, not sure how accurate they all are tho.

My only quibble with the BMW logo description is I believe the blue and white represent the colors of Bavaria - not the blue of the sky.

someone wrote headquarters a while back and its supposed to represent the propeller against a blue sky. or something like that.

It represents the propeller cause BMW made the airplane engines in the 1st Cival war.

I think.
