Heater fan replacement

Hi!
This is my first visit in bimmer.info and it looks nice!

I have purchased a new coupe fan unit for my BMW 525 1992 and I am thinking of replacing it myself. I have been to my local bookstores and car spares dealers but all repair handbooks they had in stock seemed to cover about every model and year - except the 1992 525!

Is there anybody in this forum that could help me?

What you need my friend is the handy dandy Bentley's Repair Manual. It covers all E34's INCLUDING the '92. It'll set you back around $40, but you'll make that back the first half hour you use it.
