Thinking of buying a set of 16" wheels from a 2004 525 to use for snow tires on my 2002 530. I believe both have 5x120 bolt pattern and offset +20, so they should work - right?
I looked at my spare wheel and it had on the inside rim IT 20, not ET 20. I assume this still refers to the positive offset??

Is their any site that gives offset for all late model BMWs so I can see what will fit my '02 530?

Offset is referred to as either "ET" or "IS" when stamped on the wheel. The '04 wheels will be a perfect fit on your '02.

The store that is selling them (oemrims) just told me they will only fit if the center bore is modified.
