Bought a couple of these the other day at an estate auction. They are definitely BMW, but I cannot figure out for what model. Any ideas??
Thanks, Bret.

Here's a pic of the label- no BMW part numbers that I could see...

I'll take a guess and say the e39, 99 on models.

Lens shape isn't right for the 01-03 E39. The 97-00 E39 used a light similar in shape to the E34 fog.

Look at E46's. I think that is where it came from.

no, billb wins!! Thanks. The clincher (for me) is the bulb type- these definitely use H3 bulbs, and most of the others I looked at used 9005 or 9006 bulbs.

Thanks Bill.

Now, anyone need one (or 6) of these??

Bret.

ps- also- can anyone using Windows ME tell me how to get an ETK screen capture (like the one in bill's post)?? I've tried all the "usual" things that work for 95/98 and others, but can't get it to work.

CTRL+Print Screen, paste that into a freeware program I have, IrfanView, save it as a jpeg, and ready to go. It works flawlessly every time. Should work for ME also...

Glad to help.
