i remember someone telling me between 31,000 and 33,000 mm Hg, but i don't remember what size cartridge that is (or even if they were talking about a cartridge meant to fit into a bb gun).

don't know the pressure, but when filled with 4f black powder they make a good grenade, they produce shrapnel though so it's not advisable to try anything cute

after reading that page, ill 2nd my own first post, 33,000 mm Hg sounds reasonable under 20 deg C then.......i'll raise my hand and say that's the pressure for a 12 g cartridge.

the only thing i like google for nowadays is the group search, saves somebody like me 15-30 mins.
