Recently I bought a 535i, 1989 and this weekend I tried to replace the dash bulbs. In order to disconnect the battery I lifted the rear seat and found the blackbox burnt to a crisp. So I disconnected the battery and removed the battery from the car and also disconnected the fuses in the blackbox. Suddenly it started pouring rain and I manually closed all doors. This morning I realized there is no way to get into the car. I tried all previous solutions posted like the emrgency unloc and power by the trunk light. Before I break the window or call the locksmith, Can anyone help me? :(

Arent you supposed to lift handle whilst turning key when you have no power as part of the emergency unlock procedure?

If that doesn't do it. Jack up the front right, using a jack stand you can jump +12 to the starter, the big wire is connected directly to the battery. Jump ground to the frame and you should be able to use the power unlock with the key.
