I have purchased Bilstein HDs for all 4 corners. I am really needing some help, because even after much searching here and Roadfly and Google, terminology and semantics have taken their toll on my sorry brain! :p My shop will install these and I am supplying the parts and I want to make sure I get it correct.

Front:
When I look at them, and if I read the instructions correctly, they come with a dust cover (Bilstein words), so I don't need front strut boots (BMA parts words) -- Correct?

And, the fronts have an internal bump stop, so I don't need front strut rubber stops (BMA parts words) -- Correct?

The existing strut mounts are OK -- should I get new paper gaskets?

Rear:
I have new Bilstein shock mounts.
Should I get new paper gaskets for these?
Should I get new upper and lower spring pads?

Finally, if I have read elsewhere correctly, the rear OEM dust covers do not fit over the HD's. Where can I find these, as BMA does not list them in their catalog -- the stealer?

Have I missed anything -- spring pads on front??

Thanks very much! :)

Get new spring pads for all 4 corners... upper and lower... paper pad is nice to have in case your original got ripped.

Bilstein front is all inclusive, all you need is the original conic washer from original shock before putting on the upper mounts on.

The rear shocks, you reuse all original shields and bumpstops.
