Picked up a TV at my local Target store (well, got 2 actually!). This model.... http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B00008Y1AE/102-6197955-9814559?v=glance

Full price was $280, I walked out the door with 2 of em for $250. :) VERY clean picture, S-Video + Component inputs, and plenty big for my needs! (bedroom TV right now)

If anybody has a local Target store with ANY of these left, I highly recommend you go pick one up ASAP. I called ~15 stores in my area, and this was the only one that had any left (one boxed, plus the display model) It's the 27" Samsung, model TXN2726. Worth a call!

At first I thought you got them for $125 each... then I realized you meant 250 each.

Not a bad price, but I paid $290 4.5 years ago for a very similar thing from JVC. (s-video and all) I really thought they would be cheaper by now.

I believe Tim paid $250 for 2 TV's. I was under the impression that new in box units were priced at $139 and display models ring up at a 30% discount ($96).

Here is the link to the description at full price online.

YMMV, but it is a good deal.

Best,
Rory

Yup, out the door, $250 for the PAIR, not each. They were $130 + tax each, I had him knock 10% off the floor model for the lack of remote, and I signed up for the Target store card and got another 10% off.

Ahh, I see. I was thrown off by the target website listing them at $250. That is a screaming deal! Would be perfect for my folks, too...... hmmm......Christmas in August, anyone?

Well, my Target in Lincoln had one left on display.... for a mere $237.98. Rats. I guess "Clearance" doesn't mean the same thing in NE.
