Hi to everyone,

Following my post concerning car being overheated, we managed to bypass the heater control valve and bring car to mechanic. Did not overheat but lost its coolant. hope it lost it through the bypass. Engine runned fine. Mechanic remove aux pump and heater control valve.

They tried to restart the car but it wont start. and got trans prog error!! seems really weird that the removal of the pump and heater control valve could cause all that prob. Anyone with an idea.

this is probably useless information , (but hey its worth a try, its easy to do) discconnect your battery (hope you know the radio security code, lol) and then reconnect it, this will reset the computor (i think) and maybe iron out any glinches....(isnt it like re-booting a P.C>??....lol) as i said probably useless....but is it worth a try?...if not would it fix??,say other minor electrical problems(demons), at times?, the mind boggles!!

hope this helps (but i truly doubt it)
