...I've been waiting for my body shop guy to replace my damaged front bumper cover for 3 months, but due to his workload, he keeps bumping my appointment date out a month at a clip.

At this point, I'm wondering whether I really wanna' spend $850-1000 on a new cover + hardware + paint. This guy's work is really fantastic; he was trained by/and worked for BWM for many years before opening his own shop, which is the only reason I've been waiting this long. I'm also told that using a used bumper cover from a diff't colored car is not an option, due to prep-time, but more importantly, because the painting process BMW uses won't work over anything but a nekked part.

Any thoughts on what my chances might be finding an intact bump cover + hardware in Islund Grun? Any ideas (aside from Vines) on where to look?

TIA,
Tim G.
