One fog light out and the bulb is fine.

I have checked the LKM soder points. How do I check to see if juice is getting to the light? Thanks.

make sure that it's not a rusty contact in the fog light it's self

I had the same problem and resoldered all the LKM relay points which corrected the problem. I dont think a visual inspection of the LKM is good enough.
