where is the radiator drain plug on 530I?

I need to drain my fluid to plug a radiator leak. I can drain it using the return hose, but is there an actual drain plug at the very bottom, and if so, how do I access it?

Also I went to the BMW dealership to buy fluid, They told me to use the "green stuff" (regular anti-freeze) because the blue bmw stuff is only for newer vehicles and it would be bad for my 94 530I... does this make sense?
