Hey all,
My company put on a presentation for Geico auto insurance today, we did a controlled burn on two cars at a local salvage yard.
First of all, if you bust a timing belt and think that you can burn the car, claim it stolen, and get the insurance cash, you had better know what you are doing, because these fire investigators are awesome. That said.....
I videotaped the entire process, and I have about 5 GB of DV-video of the event (about 15 minutes) as a straight capture. After editing and compressing, I'd say I could probably get the interesting stuff down to between 50 and 100mb if anyone has a home web server with unlimited bandwidth they'd like to host this on.
