Anyone have any experience with these lights. The price is right, and it's not for me anyway, I'd put them on my daughters 92 535im. Her lights are all filled with moisture, and they are the non-elipsoids. The elipsoids may not be real bright, but with more watts, they're good, and they look cool/modern.

ebay lights, not mine BTW (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7907806658&ssPageName=MERC_VI)

I have a set from this same eBay seller. For the price, they're a decent buy. But the build quality is questionable, and they certainly aren't just plug-n-play. Overall, for my $160 i was worth it to replace cracked and moisture filled US ellipsoids. I also dropped the new light assemblies into the factory BMW buckets for a better fit. Takes a little work, but otherwise they drop right in using the adjustment posts from the factory light pods.

Only problem was that the drivers side low beam glass cracked after only one week; not sure why. No impact mark from a rock or anything.

The lights make the car look new again and as far as build quality, I didn't notice much difference at all.
