Well, while the M5 is currently under the knife i needed some reliable transportation. After shopping around and considering many different options i decided to go with a 2004 Ford Focus ZX3. Yes its a Ford and yes the Focus did have a lot of recalls in the 00-01 models but nothing major since 02. I've had the car for a week now and i must say, i'm enjoying it. 2L 16V engine coupled to the 5spd is fun. I haven't done much 'powering' yet since it only has 400 miles on it (break in time still :( ) Don't worry, i'm still a German Head first and foremost, but for a Daily Driver its a pretty fun little car!

P.S. Her name is Adrienne :p

My mom owns a 00 ZTS and even though it had alot of recalls it is still a very respectable and fun car.

Enjoy it.

I like the fact that the Ford Focus competes in WRC and is driven by Markko Martin. If I was to own a focus I would want to make it look like a Rally car.

It's funny.
I remember reading Jon's write up and looking at pictures of the "///monster" a few months back. Didn't even remember about it today though.

How is it coming along?

saving money right now.....and waiting for my dad to get out of the hospital (he's having his gall bladder removed) I told him to suck it up and come help me with a rebuild....but the doctor told me i had to let him stay in the hospital. Stupid doctor's what do they know?

I tired to tell my dads doctor the same thing when he was having his liver transplant. The ass wouldn't listen. Then he had them stick me in hospital daycare.

They think they know everything, those guys.
