Easy question first.
Car is a 1990 535i (e34)
1) Does anyone know the correct length of the right (passenger side)
wiper blade. I purchased a new blade from BMA and it looks a bit long.
It measures 23.5 inches.
I replaced my wiper "arm" with a new one from the dealer. The arm
I purchased is identical in length to the one on the car. So, the dealer gave me the correct arm. I was wondering if BMA gave me the wrong blade or did the manufacturer (Bosch) cut this a blade a little on the long side.
Hard question.
2) Ocassionally when I start my car the wipers will go back and forth a single time. This is not good on a dry windshield. Especially with a brand new windshield. Recall I broke the windshield changing a blade a few months ago. Is this a switch or relay issue? Is this related to the speedometer
sensor issue? Can anyone offer advice.
I love these E34s :> But, these glitches just keep coming. :<
