There are electrical plugs in the back of the seat backrest that you can access by removing the seat back panel. One plugs is for the headrest motor to move the headrest up and down. What is the other plug for???

Guess you may have up to 3 connectors, headrest motor (2 pins white), headrest potentiometer (3 pins blue), seatback heater (2 pins white).

The potentiometer is used in Memory mirrors/seats driver's side only.

OK - I'm chasing a seat problem. The passenger seat will not go forward-backward. I checked the resistance across the motor leads - open circuit. To verify a dead motor, I applied 12 volts across the motor leads - no motor rotation. Has anyone had this motor fail? It looks like a real PITA to replace.

This one? http://www.ebay.com/itm/171821130700?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649

If not that style I have a couple different ones.

Edit: Okay I don't think that's the right one, if you can take a pic of it I can see if I have a match.

Always be more specific. Electric seats or electric seats with seat and memory module? Normal electric seats? Lumbar support yes/no? Sports seats, there is one more switch for the leg support. Here is the owners manual for download
