I bought this one from MicahO back in 2004 and never installed it. Wow it's been sitting in the garage a long time. Please PM me if you are interested.

I may even have injectors and a fuel rail for it.

Will I see performance gain if no other mods besides Mark D chip are done?

I've heard it's minimal. Maybe a couple HP. But it's a cheap mod, all you'd have to do is pay for shipping, and promise to post pics of installation/results! doh

Looks like the fuel rail to me. I may even have mustang injectors somewhere! I think Micah included them. It's been a while, can't quite remember. But if I find them, I'll send them too. I have no need for them.

Found it all, got 8 mustang injectors to go with it now. And even brand new o-rings too! califblue, please PM me mailing info and it's yours, thanks.

I will PM you...Thanks. I was talking to my good Friend also a BMW/ Ferrari/Porsche mechanic and he thinks any sort of gain with the installation of the manifold will be very little with out a ported head.
He told me to first install the injectors and do real life mileage/ performance testing for minimum of 5000 miles.

your thoughts?

Yeah, like I said, prolly minimal gain but easy enough to install at same time as injectors. Up to you though, and the price is certainly right! lol

OK finally installed the Mustang injectors...way smoother throttle response and more linear. Not that an E34 is lacking just a nice upgrade and acceleration is more responsive. I did a 150 mile loop I do on my motorcycle frorm sea level to 5200 ft ( highway 2 in the Angles Crest Forest)
not sure about gas mileage improvement as I could not keep my foot out of it.

Thanks BIMMER NUT!

P.S. if anyone wants the Ported manifold it is yours for the asking

Thanks for the update. Glad it worked out. And thanks for passing on the ported manifold to someone who may be in need of it.
