Ein Blick in die heiligen Hallen von BMW. Filmautos, Prototypen, Rennwagen. Dort steht alles, was in der Geschichte des Autobauers Rang und Namen hat. Unter anderem: James Bonds 7er aus "Der Morgen stirbt nie" mit Special-Gadgets, der Mini von Mr. Bean oder Tom Cruise' BMW 650i aus "Mission Impossible". Zudem sind auch Experimentierfahrzeuge wie der BMW 750iL V16 zu sehen oder echte Gewinner, wie das LeMons Siegerfahrzeug von 1999.

about 25 minutes long, from about 3.10 you can see also an E32, the 750 with 16 cylinders, the Goldfish V16. First time they let a TV team in these buildings at BMW Classic.
At abt 16 minutes a Z car with a V12 M73 engine.


Funny also when they drive with the James Bold car, the mechanic in the rear with the remote control had his probs to drive the car out of the hall without bumping the wall. And of course my favorite Mr. Bean, his Mini is also there now

Ah indeed that M70+4, lovely. And the only way to own a Z3- by adding 6 or 8 more bangers!

Nothing like the sound of the best road engine on earth (up unto a few years ago, lol), that S38 howling behind you must be the best way to end an epic, epic tour of the only garage on earth worth working at all your life. Those guys are having too much fun... lol.

Interestingly it looks like they maintain most of those cars so each one must go through regular maintenance.

Note to self: Learn German- and find a way to visit that garage!
