Odd Type Vanity Engine Cover Missing

Purchased 2003 325ci that had missing top engine cover. Most cars have two piece but my car has the one piece that has oil cap in front. I am trying to find one. Ebay too parts stores I have had no luck. Would anyone have the correct part number or site I could search? The ebay item below in description had part number that was not from bmw. It had this pn 13 53 7 515 326 - 03.

I was able to get detailed info from vin. From that the car is California smog edition. The oil filter is in different location so uses different cover. Not as easy to find.
