How do I clear radiator blockage?

I used Prestone radiator cleaner before changing coolant/antifreeze and now my car is overheating. I believe the Prestone cleaner created the blockage. What is the best way to flush out the blockage?

i think you're supposed to add the cleaner to water only, not antifreeze.
