style 42 bolts?

Redoing my style 42's...can I reuse the bolts or do I need new ones?

BMW wheel rim style 42 (http://www.bmwstylewheels.com/bmw/42)
old bolts can be re-used of course.

Kinda like the way the bbs bolts look...any tips on cleaning them. What can I soak them in to get rid of the dark coloration?
