Door trim is shrinking and I haven't found a thread. Can this be fixed or is it a replace issue?

cut them at the bottom and then push them back into the corners. At the bottom I first put in some rolled up rubber, latter a cut out piece from a spare trim.
Here are pics on my japanese buddies website

Or you can pickup trim from parts car. Cut and add.

I actually purchased new trims for the fronts (both driver and passenger) and moved the original fronts to rear and cut/removed the extra length. If you move the front-passenger side to rear-driver side and front-driver side to rear-passenger side, the tight 90 degree bends on the trim align perfectly to the rear doors tight bends and the seam aligns exactly on the door sill just the factory new trims.

I also cut from a piece of spare trim from a junk car. Works very well.
