I'm on the second new slave cylinder with the same results. When I installed the new slave cylinder I reverse blead it with a new hand pump oil can. After pumping a whole bottle of fluid into the system from the blead screw, it started leaking out the front of the bellhousing when trying to pump up the pedal. Could reverse bleading blow the seal on the cylinder? Does this sound like the plunger is missing the fork and blowing the piston? I did feel initial short lived pressure on the pedal. Are there alignment issues with the plunger, it's kind of tight spacing but I did pay attention to get it in straight and evenly. Guess I'm buying a third one now and don't want to butcher this again. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks
