HI fellows
i'm going to buy this HU in 3 days pioneer DEH-2250UB which comes with Built-in Amplifier MOSFET 50 W x 4
i want to install it in my e34 ( 1992 535i ) and im confused about what to do
should i :
- connect the new HU to stock amp ( but it doesn't make sense because the built in amp is pumping more than the stock one )
- the dealer said he will cut the harness and attach the wires directly to the head unit (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?p=23139020#) ?!!??! i read that cutting bmw wires is not good
- some guys recommended bypassing factory amp i couldn't find a threat that explains all this for a guy like me
any helpful informations will be appreciated
